Welcome to a new conversation about leadership—one that’s honest, culturally relevant, and built for the world we actually live in. My name is Janae, and I help emerging leaders, teams, and organizations find their voice, develop their style, and lead change with intention and authenticity.
Why Leadership Needs a Remix
Leadership isn’t about fitting into a mold or chasing someone else’s blueprint. It’s about discovering your own approach, challenging old assumptions, and building genuine relationships that move people and organizations forward. The Leadership Remix was born out of a simple but radical idea: everyone has the potential to lead. I believe leadership gets stronger when we bring our whole selves — our stories, our cultures, and yes, sometimes even our favorite playlists — to the table.

Leadership is for everyone. There’s no single path or personality type that defines a leader. I support new and underrepresented leaders in finding their own way, not just following the crowd.

Critical thinking matters. I encourage clients to question the status quo, examine systems and structures, and lead with both courage and discernment. Leadership isn’t just about getting results; it’s about doing so ethically and equitably.
